Re: Next Season Rivalries

Such a shame that 2 clubs who voted to STOP the season make the final and two who voted to continue didn't! Hope they both lose. Wyc*mbe can't even afford to go and have furloughed all their non playing staff and told them to seek alternative employment. Absolute disgrace a club who will go into ad...

Re: The Politics of Coronavirus

Very good that’s better, but you still in 4 are blaming the government for going into lockdown too late, these leading scientists were the same ones who have led them. You continually say things cost lives, but there is no proof of this, it is merely conjecture. I agree with 8 Why should NHS staff ...

Re: The Politics of Coronavirus

And there it is in a nutshell. 'It would have been worse under Corbyn'. No facts. No proof. Ample opportunity to give us the benefits of this party leading this country for ten years, yet it all comes down to that one line. Enough said for me. There is NO defence, NO benefits, NO positives. The cou...

Re: The Politics of Coronavirus

Experts are predicting that England will see further spikes due to the shambolic way this has been handled. Throughout this pandemic the government have ignored experts, yet it's somehow not their fault for thousands of deaths as they were led by their advisors???? Actually, thats true. Many pubs i...

Can anyone explain to me why its taken the murder of a black man 3,000 miles away for the English to start protesting about racism? Dalian Atkinson was murdered by two white police officers, I don't recall anyone kneeling for him

Re: The Politics of Coronavirus

You don’t get the hang of it do you, if you are PM, you go to the country and ask people to vote for you. If you win you get to run the country, if you lose, generally speaking your party kicks you out and some poor schmut gets to be in opposition. It doesn’t matter how many knots you tie the man i...

No, I'm saying we shouldn't be surprised when a politician tells lies. Its what they do. Getting upset about it will never change that fact.

All politicians tell lies. Always have.

Re: Katie Hopkins

do you support such lies incompetence, stupidity, lack of scrutiny , attack on democracy? if you do then in my view you are not demonstrating common sense or decency. Perhaps you think you are demonstrating common sense or decency when you tell us that maybe Wilberforce was wrong. However if you ar...

So, I've received an email from an agent I'm dealing with about house buying in France. It has been announced that after 31st December, to be able to move to France, you will need to speak French to A2 level, earn a minimum of 1500 euros a month & take out private health care. Before 31st December ...

Re: Black Lives Matter

Just my personal thoughts and I have no doubt someone will accuse me of being institutionally racist. I'd like to know what all these protest marches are really for. I know it is to focus the attention on the injustices faced by BAME people. Yet, if that be the case then their needs to be a march e...

Re: The Politics of Coronavirus

Serious question, why are people so accepting in the UK of such a disastrous government? We have a unique mentality where we'll make up an excuse for things, or somehow claim it could be worse. Is it unique to Britain as we accept being controlled by the upper classes? Or maybe it's a wider issue??...
