Re: POSH v CHARLTON ATHLETIC Tuesday 19th. January (6.30 pm)
Charlton will not be as easy as MK Dons , nor will Ipswich. But if we play the way we did today we could win them both. Steve Evans did us a favour with Gillingham beating Accrington. Hull seem to be in a bad patch at the moment so Accrington will win there on Tuesday. Lincoln could lose their next ...

Re: Past and Present Players
According to the Eastern Daily Press
https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/kings-lyn ... on-6913034
Tyler Denton has signed for Kings Lynn.
Steve Evans brought him in on loan from Leeds on 6 July 2018,
He only played 14 times for the Posh. DMac wasn't impressed with him.

Re: Coronavirus
The numbers don't make good reading, however if we take politics out of the equation, does anyone on this forum seriously believe that all other countries on this planet are using the same criteria as us to record their Covid deaths? I don't know how all other countries record their Covid deaths. I...

Re: Past and Present Players
In another thread people were talking about all clubs being selling clubs. Brentford appear to be doing what some of us wish that Posh would do. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9154337/Arsenal-tracking-Brentfords-Ivan-Toney-West-Ham-interested.html Apparently Arsenal and West Ham ...

Re: Posh v Portsmouth (Papa John's)
KJ is applying common sense and saving his 1st team for the push for promotion. Fergie, on the other hand, has been instructed to do the opposite. No doubt Fergie (and DMac) wanted to win this game. DMac does like to collect the silverware. But Fergie definitely wouldn't have been instructed to not...

Re: Posh v Portsmouth (Papa John's)
Us Pompey fans have absolutely no interest in progressing in this competition. We won it 2 seasons ago and are also in the yet to be played final from last season. With over 50,000 tickets sold for the final ( mine are in the drawer ) someone is sitting on approx £2million as the EFL will not cance...

Re: Coronavirus
We (Brisbane) are just starting Day 3 of a three day lockdown because someone has travelled from the UK to Queensland with the "highly-infectious United Kingdom strain of the virus". In our Aged Care facility we aren't even allowed out of our apartments. Hopefully by the end of today (Monday) they w...

Re: Posh v Portsmouth (Papa John's)
This is not a must win game. It is almost a "let them win" game and we concentrate on getting promotion.

Re: Lincoln v Posh
So unless the club changes the selling policy that it has followed for the last decade, I'm resigned (and happy) to follow a decent League 1 team. Well it's not likely to while DMac is the decision maker. I hope we'll make the second division again but, like you, I'll still be a Posh fan and follow...

Re: Past and Present Players
Maddison was a substitute in Charlton defeat least night, and was substituted himself in the 92nd minute Bowyer - asked if Maddison is seriously injured: "I don't know. I don't care. You've got a player who is jumping out of tackles and then he says he got a knock before that. If you do that again ...

Re: Lincoln v Posh
The standard of football in the Third Division is nothing to write home about.
Lincoln were no better or worse than Posh and a draw was a fair result.
The sooner we get out of this division (upwards) the better.
